Identity verification and the Shahkar system

To activate the service and comply with legal requirements, your mobile number and national ID are checked through the Shahkar system, and the result is instant.

This information is used only to match your identity and is not used for any other purpose. The mobile number you enter must be registered in the name of the national ID holder.

Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with others only in these cases:

The identity inquiry service provider (Shahkar), to match the mobile number and national ID.
Infrastructure and essential service providers (such as hosting and email delivery), to the extent necessary.
Legal authorities, only when required by law.

Retention and security

Your traffic is encrypted along the connection path, and we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information.

We keep information while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal requirements; after the account is deleted, information is deleted or anonymized in accordance with the law.

No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free. We recommend choosing a strong password and not sharing it with anyone.
